MIL MIL-STD-3004-1 – Quality Assurance/Surveillance for Fuels, Lubricants and Related Products (Part 1 of 2)

MIL-STD-3004-1 provides DoD Policy, general instructions, and minimum procedures to be used by the Military Services and the Defense Logistics Agency in performing quality assurance/surveillance functions of U. S. Government-owned fuels, lubricants, and related products worldwide at all locations except product procurement facilities which are covered by requirements contained in the contract. Requirements for procurement needs may be derived from this document as necessary. This Standard includes policy and responsibilities derived from Executive Agency documents (see 1.3 below). The information contained herein is appropriate to quality assurance where applicable (e.g. direct delivery to customers, destination acceptance, etc.).
