How to carry on paying with a card?
1. After selecting the goods, go to the shopping cart.
2. In the cart in the tab “Methods of payment and delivery” choose the payment option ” With card online”.
3. After the selection of the payment press “Continue to order summary”.
4. After checking all information, click on “Binding order”, you will be redirected to the processing bank that will ask you to enter your card details: the card number, expiration date and a CVV2/CVC2 eventually CID (last three digits printed on the signature strip of your card). You can enter the information directly in the payment website of the processing bank (Komerční banka, a.s., eventually Moneybookers) which guarantees indecipherable encrypted data transfer and it will announce the result of the authorization, which means we will be given the instruction to process the order. The possibility of misusing your card by the vendor (it means by us) is eliminated in this way. Your data is protected by a high degree of encryption and it is not freely accessible while being transmitted on the Internet. You will be informed via e-mail about the transaction result.
What to do when the bank does not confirm the payment?
Non-payment might be due to following reasons:
1. The information about the card was not fill out correctly.
2. You do not have a sufficient amount of money on your bank account or you have exceeded the limit for the bank transfers.
3. You card is not approved for bank transfers on the Internet – in this case it is necessary to contact you bank.
