This specification covers the performance requirements for PNP silicon, high-voltage transistors. Four levels of product assurance are provided for each encapsulated device (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS). Two levels of product assurance are provided for each unencapsulated device (JANHC and JANKC).
